On December 14, 1999, appellant filed a "Notice of Appeal" from the November 16, 1999 judgment granting appellees, Charlotte Hortons, Tim Hortons, Dennis Dennewitz, and Kathy Dennewitz motion for summary judgment and dismissing the action. Appellees contend that the November 16th judgment did not resolve all of the claims of all of the parties, thus, it is not a final appealable order. We have considered the memoranda filed by the parties regarding the jurisdictional issue.
